Our principles

At Nova Music we recognise that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. Our Privacy Policy below describes what we do with information collected via our website.

 

What information do we collect?

The Nova Music Trust Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on the Nova Music website. We collect information about all customers, traffic patterns and related site information, but these statistics include no personally identifying information.

You are not obliged to give us personal information in order to use our website. We do collect basic details from those who make a specific request for information. This may include your name, address, title, telephone number and email address. We may also ask some further voluntary questions so we can gain a clearer understanding of our users’ exact requirements and preferences.

Removal from mailing lists

Like many other arts organisations, we use MailChimp to hold our email list. There is an option at the foot of each email send to unsubscribe from our lists or update your information.
